Your health plan looks good but for someone who s 5 6 and weighs 150lbs I don t think losing as much as 50lbs is a good idea. Even if you were small-boned, I think you would be underweight if you lost that much. 20-30lbs would be more reasonable. It s not easy to stick to a diet so if you find yourself cheating or falling off of the wagon a few times, don t let that ruin your diet completely. Just start over the next day. Flush out the naughty foods you ate by eating nothing but fruit and/or brown rice and vegetables the next day.If you find yourself having sugar cravings, eat a melon or apple instead. That will usually cure the sugar craving right away. Low fat fudgsicles can satisfy any chocolate cravings without ruining your diet. Peppermint patties are fine to eat during a diet, too.Just remember that the more you try to deny any of your cravings, the most likely you will be to binge. Eat everything in moderation. One slice of cake won t hurt you or competelly ruin your diet. Eating the whole cake will. ;)Good luck.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.
Take it slow though. If you decide to cut all that out at once by the time march comes you will become discouraged and bored of your diet. Everything comes in moderation you can still have some sugar just dont o.d. it. As for the exercise..change it up a bit..try lifting it ll get you to look toned and ready for summer.. If that s not your thing try dancing, yoga, or even ice skating..all are fun ways to get in shape without having to have a monotonous routine. Good Luck!
Friut is good just be careful on the quantity. There s a lot of sugar in fruit like pears etc..At 5 6 if you lose 50 pounds, 100 pounds is skinny. You ideal weight is probably closer to 115-125.The main thing is once you achieve your goal is to find something that is easy to maintain. Every now and then you should reward yourself (i.e. after each 10 pounds)Good luck
WOW I think you are setting an unrealistic goal for your weight loss! you want to be 100 lbs and you are 5 6 ? that is definately unhealthy... anything under 115 is considered underweight for that height
