Go for a swim now and thenWalking/running is good as well. No ice cream, brownies, sugared drinks or anything sweet. Avoid butter and ranch dressing and trans fatsNo fast food as much as possibleconsider eating more vegetables and fruits and wheat products and soyThe important thing about loosing weight is having a consistent exercise . .. be it alteast 30 minutes a day. Crunches and pushups are good for you . .. but do them right or they can really hurt and you do not want to pull any muscles.
Honestly, exercising is always the best way to lose weight (just walk or run for 30 minutes a day if that s all you can do), with also just watching what you eat. Make sure to watch your sugar (try to cut down on candy, chocolate, pastries, etc) and fat intake. If you re watching salt intake, try to monitor that as well (by reading how many mg of sodium is in what you re eating), but if you re a teenager, you shouldn t be worried about that. Also, try to cut out any kind of drink that has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. That stuff is no good. :) Some experts even believe that it s worse for you than sugar. So in short: exercise and watch what you re putting into your body! Hope that helps!! Also, look up what your weight should be for your height and age. There are many websites that do that for you. Here is one:http://www.healthatoz.com/healthatoz/AtoIt s always important to remember that it s better to be healthy and well than try to lose a lot of weight by doing crash diets and/or taking diet pills. Those things are temporary fixes.

I would suggest you a diet, which change every day the food. It is called winter diet on my web site, but it is acceptable for each season. The good is that this diet includes healthy products: fruits, vegetables, rice. I would suggest you to drink only water and to add 2-3 cups of green tea every day.You may repeat the diet, but not more than 2 weeks.Good luck!www.best-fat-burn-strategies.com/diets
im sorry but the only way to lose weight succesfully is to quite the junk food, eat healthy and excercise. I looked in a new Life and Style weekly magazine and it explains on how to lose the last 10 pounds.. maybe you should consider it.
I think do some physical exercise and use protein supplements in your food. Prevent your self form spicy and fatty foods.http://www.acidrefluxatoz.com
