How to lose weight without doing exercises? -

iam just 16 years old iam busy with my books and heavy class because i can t do exercises my weight is 80 my hieght is 5.6inches please give any advice to me.

You can t lose weight without exercise. If you REEALLY don t have enough time, try to do little exercises while you can, like doing pushups while you study or something.

I m sorry but you weigh 80? Isn t that a little too....low? I don t think that you need to. No offense but you might actually want to gain a little? Just my opinion though.

You are under weight.... you have a disorder if you want to lose weight.... You truely need to gain weight... you probably dont have a pinch of fat on your body.... thats sick
