How can i lose weight? -

im 12 and every one calls me fat so i wana know how to lose weight .i weigh 55kg

I have a teacher who was once obese. During her college, she sleeps 2 am and wakes up at 4 am. She eats bread only for lunch, but eat right during breakfast and dinner. She said breakfast and dinner are very important meals. She s always studying her lessons, and maybe due to too much work with a little rest, she s now slim.

Losing weight is difficult, however, you are lucky. You are at an age at which your metabolism is a lot faster than us older folks! One way to lose weight is to spend time doing physical things. If you can walk to school or walk at school (besides just going to classes, walk around the school in your spare time), you will burn those kilos away. At the end of the day, instead of going in the fridge for those delicious snacks, or reaching for your playstation, go outside and do something physical. Running is a great way to burn energy. Get some friends together and play basketball or softball or some type of team sport that involves a lot of movement. Also, watch what you eat at meals. My mom loves to serve me pancakes slathered with delicious butter and syrup every morning. When I gave those up (along with the other fat gaining things I love to eat), I lost some weight. I pay attention to my snacks now, reaching for an apple or fruit instead of a donut. Finally, get some support. If these mean people are calling you fat, show them up by hanging out with cool peeples, develop friendships and lose weight not because people call you fat, but because you want to. no way forget it....once u get fat theres no saving u and im serios, u will get fatter and fatter as u grow up and even if u do exercise nthing significnt would happen

Eat less, exercise more, and do stuff around the house to move your body
