exercise!!!get out and run, swim, play sports when you can.eating healthy is the hardest part for me xP but try to get fruits and vegetables into your diet a lot! cut back on things like ice cream, soda, chips, or any other sugary/greasy foods.diet sodas are perfectly alright.(: limit yourself to about one a day.don t eat LESS! eat HEALTHIER! eating less will actually make you fatter, but don t eat TOO MUCH either!!! besides, unless youre OBESE I dont think you should worry about your weight your bodys still growing things could change(:
Go out with your friends for walks as many days as you can. Go to your local Clothing Store and browse, then go out to eat a healthy snack. Go to the mall, too, and just walk around. Make sure to get atleat 20 minutes of moderate activivty (brisk walking) a day. Also, do not starve yourself or later in life you WILL BE fat because your metabolism will be screwed up. Eat around 2,000 calories and include lots of fruits and veggies- experiment to find ones you like. If you are serious about losing weight quick- try running. Go out on a nice jog for 20 minutes and enjoy the scenery- but take your cell phone.

Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.4.
