How to lose weight when eat a lot? -

I need to lose weight-fast or slow doesn t matter. But, I love to eat and I eat most of the time. So how to have healthy diet etc etc when I eat a lot?

You can still eat frequently if you love to eat, but you have to choose healthy food to eat. Few dos and don ts:- Eat more vegetables and fruits that are low in sugar but high fiber.- Eat non fried stuffs, choose steamed or boiled instead.- Eat less sugar, salt and oil items.- Control your carbo intake.- Eat and chew your food slowly.- Eat more during breakfast, slightly lesser during lunch, and much lesser for dinner.- Try to avoid taking supper or eat before going to bed.- Drink warm water instead of cold one.- Eat everything moderately and excercise regularly.- Have a strong will to have a healthy diet.

juz by eating a little bit by using a small bowls.n diet by eating banana n drinking vegetables soup n fasting by drinking water.n exercise by climbing d stairs.

well obviously stop being fat and dont eat as much. its called motivation ........ carry water with you. whenever you feel hungry drink. its that simple... go to the gym or run for at least half hour a day.

Stop eating so much...Sorry that s like saying I don t want to be a junkie any more but I want to keep doing drugs all the time.
