How to lose weight before school ? -

I need some help... I love to eat alot of junk food but ive tried not to eat too much of it, plus ive been having these pill called liver cod oil that have vitamin A,D,E but its not been working. Any advice on how to keep fit and lost alot of weight before school and some website i can look at about losing weight
