losing too much weight in a short time is really really really really really bad for your body.. it s better to do it gradually. you ll get sick if you lose too much weight too quickly..but, one thing is, women tend to accumulate water weight much more than men do because of their menstrual cycles, so anything to do with making yourself sweat all of that water out is good... but.... that doesn t mean you need to sit in a sauna and not drink water.. DEFINITELY RE-HYDRATE.. this may sound counter productive, but, trust me, most of the water you will lose is stored in your body, and drinking lots more water will not defeat the purpose. actually drinking a LOT of ice cold water will help you lose weight for two reasons. one, because if you drink a lot of water, your body will think it has no need to store as much of it, therefore you ll lose weight. for two, cold water takes energy to warm in your system, therefore, you will burn calories to warm the water in your system. any and all cardio will help you lose weight pretty quick... go jogging, do wind-sprints, jumping jacks, kick boxing, tae bo, whatever it takes to sweat and do a core workout... of course there s pushups and situps too. things like that.. more importantly, stop eating junk food, drinking sodas, etc. go on a salad diet for a while... Honestly you can eat the same things you usually eat and still lose weight, it just takes PORTION CONTROL, and a healthy level of activity. I can lose 5 pounds in the course of 2 days by altering my food intake and doing a little bit of exercise. (full vs. empty stomach and digestive tract weighs into this too - no pun intended) i have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks .. 15 pounds takes a bit more for me because i m NOT overweight... good luck
Wow, three weeks is not that long of a time. But, get active! Do some cardio, run in place, jog, walk, skip rope, anything, keep burning those calories and get your metabolism working. Also try to keep the muscles working, sit up, push ups, lift a pale of water, anything. Muscle mass will also burn calories, as muscle eats fat. Watch what you eat, take in less calories than you burn. Take some whey protein to build muscles and keep your body fueled. Take the protein in a smoothie within 30 minutes of your workout, 20-40 grams should be good. all you have to do is do 50 crunches a day im not very good at push ups so maybe ten only eat fruit, fruit snacks, beef jerky,and pork rines there very healthy;) meat but only baked and a small portion a week 5 cups of watere a day milk and whenever you can go outside play and not so much time on the computer and t.v. you can loose 10 pounds in one week!!!!!!!
okay, well you need to eat less, no seconds, not fatty foods, no soda!! okay? this will help.. Walk in place in your bedroom for 30 minutes or as long as you can. this can be your cardio. try doing a few push-ups, jumping jacks... Whatever you do, don t get discouraged, keep it up and try your hardest, less food, more cardio!! good luck!!
Okay well get on a diet, eat fruits, vegetables, in as big quantities as you wish. I d suggest you jog a bit, drink lots of water (8 glasses a day). best of luck to you and don t give up!You can make it!
eat healthier and eat a small meal every 3 hours instead of eating big meals at breakfast lunch and dinner.And you dont have to ride ur bike.Just jog down the sidewalk for about 20-30 mins everyday.
