How to lose weight for 11 year olds? -

Ok i am a 11 year old girl.I weigh 155 lbs and i am 5 ft.I need to lose weight can someone help me.To reach my goal of 100 lbs

dont drink soda only drink water and low fat milkdont watch more than 1 hour of tv a daydont eat chipseat ONLY 1 or 0 sweets a dayNO snackingNO fast foodif your parents are overweight suggest healthier food bcause that prob means they r giving u unhealthy foodstop eating when your fulleat lots of vegtableseat lots of fruitsjoin a sportmake sure u get some sort of exersize EACH daytake a walk around the neighberhood everydayif you can try jogging slow for like 5 or ten minutes a dayevery little thing you do counts good luck :)

You really should talk to your doctor about this, since you are so young, you want to make sure you lose weight in a healthy way. But, maybe give up regular soda, if you drink it, maybe give up a couple of the more unhealthy foods that you eat. Find a sport or exercise you enjoy, like riding your bike or ice skating.

Put down the video game and get outside, find some friends go walk around the mall, or take the dog for a walk, ride your bike more often. Important thing your still only eleven so don t get to worried about it, as you mature your body will start to burn it off but it is a good idea to give it help you sound a little large for your age and statue, so don t stress over it , get some exercise, go to bed earlier, and eat better foods, especially snacking choose the apple rather then kitkat.

Congratulations on becoming proactive! You truly will be changing your future. Stick to non-starchy vegetables (mostly greens - no carrots), light proteins and lots of fresh water. Keep away from grain carbohydrates (bread, breaded somethings, muffins, cookies, bars, pizza, wraps, pasta, etc.) because they drive up your blood sugar and store as fat. your goal should be about 105 cause that it is a healthy weight for your height. to lose it u should walk on a treadmill or do sit ups and push ups. if u dont have a treadmill go up and down stairs in ur house until u dont think u can do anymore. and eat little meals all through the day and drink a ton of water!!!!!!!!!

you try and join a soccer team that will also helo heart healthtell your mom or dad that you want to become healthier and ask them to do it with you.. its okay to snack on chips and cookies every once in a while but limit your self to one cookie or one handful... switch from white to wheat bread and also stay away from fruit juices they have alot of hidden sugar that is not natural... when eating ketchup dont have alot and no mayo!!! its all fat!!you and your family could also start walking together on the weekends

Studies show that people who drink milk tend to be slimmer, so start drinking 3 glasses of lowfat milk a day. Also make sure you drink 6-8 cups of water. I would start out slow, maybe walking or jogging 10 minutes a day. Gradually increase your time and pace as you go.

WOW!you sure have a LOT to work on!you need to stop eating the food that mom puts in front of YOU!eat some healthier foods, don t eat snacks in between meals, go EXERCISE Like walk a mile!11 years old and about 160 at 5 feet?

NO Juice or Soda , try to join a sport and eat lots of vegetables!
