You re not fat! You shouldn t be worrying about it, you re just a kid. Your body is still maturing.Its really unhealthy to lose that much weight that fast. You really shouldn t lose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week. The least it should take you to lose 20 pounds is like a month and a half.But if you reset your weight loss goal at a healthy and realistic weight, like 2 pounds a week, and stick to it for a month or so, you should see results. Try doing yoga, talking lots of walks and jump-roping. Did you know jump-roping for 10 minutes is the equivalent of a half hour of running?! I know, crazy, right? Cut out soda and junk food. Only eat dessert once a week. Its good to limit yourself, but not cut out all yummy foods completely. If you can t eat anything you like then you re more likely to go off your diet. Eat lots of fruits and vegetable, and lean meats like grilled chicken and turkey. Don t eat anything fried, breaded or battered. Don t add salt or unneccesary flavorings. Starches like bread, pasta and rice are good. Drink a lot of water. Drink skim or 2% milk, but never whole milk.
