Try to take in as little processed foods as possible. Learn to cook so you get to control what you eat instead of it being loaded with chemicals. Boiled chicken is good but doesn t it sound a bit bland? Why don t you grill it and add seasonings to it? Also being on an Elliptical everyday might seem like a bit much. Exercise for an hour on it everyday for 5 days of the week. Foods you should consume should be balanced between carbs, fats, and protein. Carbs- Anything starchy like rice, potatoes, pasta, legumes, etcFats- The healthy kind of oils, avocados, and and nutsProtein-Any kind of meat will do wellMake sure your calories are in check, meaning you are not going over, if you are and you exercised, it s fine. Weight Loss Tips Please? -
Other than eat less, move more what are some good weight loss tips? What should I eat? If I go on a fruit/veggie diet with boiled chicken thrown in sometimes and exercise on an elliptical every day would that be good for weight loss?If anyone has any tips or ideas please post and feel free to message me :D
