Kick start your metabolism in the morning with a grapefruit (negative calories) or even just a glass orange juice. Get to where you eat 6 small meals a day rather than 3 huge meals. Your belly really has to do with what you eat. Do some ab workouts cardio remember, you are beautiful.
You can t target specific areas to lose weight, your body stores and loses fat in certain locations based on genetics. For some people it may be their hips, other their thighs. If you want to concentrate on a particular area you d have to get lyposuction.
