Weighing 120 isn t bad at all. If you eat healthy and walk everyday, then you should be in pretty good shape. If not then you shouldn t consume soda, make sure you get three meals a day, and include all the food groups in your daily intake, w/as little of the sweets food group as possible. I m about 5 2 and i weigh 120 and everyone tells me i look great.I m obviously not stick thin, but why would i want to be that skinny. -Lyd,
Watch your carbs, and exercise daily. Don t over do the exercise, it s not healthy. Ask your doctor for some further tips, or maybe get a personal trainer. Wii Fit is a fun game, that you can exercise with too! You might want to invest in that.Good Luck
