The best time to work out is in the morning. Its a great way to get your body up and at it. Make sure you eat a nice healthy breakfast to give you that enrgy. You can work out at night I m sure but then you have less time being awake to burn calories. I think you should have something in your stomach before you work out but i think i once heard that your body burns the most calories within the hour after your work out. But i could be wrong.
