What I am thinking is you should lose weight healthily, but eating appropriately(which means balanced meals which lots of fruits and vegetables), exercise and leading an overall healthy lifestyle. mY bf WENT FROM 240 TO 198 IN 3 MONTHS sitting on his butt allll day...he didnt do anything....however he ate fruit--thats it all day everyday...mid night snacks would be a bowl of strawberriesfor lunch he ate bananas and yogurt...but basically just a lot of fruit....and he was always eating. But just fruit.
other than using you re bike- which is good :) try eating more fruit and veggies and cut down on the junk food. You can have chocolate and chrisp but limited you reself in a day.or you could try weightwatchers- thats pretty good xx
Seriously..... Guys have it really easy.... eat better food, veggies, fruits, and bring in protein. ridding your bike is a good move but lifting weights will help.... building muscle burns more fat.... Good Luck

Alright, lets get things straight. You do not HAVE to listen to me, you don t even have to read this, but if you do, good for you. (: Ok, the number 1 drink that people are getting fat is due to soda. A whole can of soda is equal to 10 tablespoons, which is equivalent to about 39g of sugar inside a coke. It is crazy, I know. Now, if you replace your soda with water, you are knocking that off, and clearing your system-relatively fast because your body is made mostly of water. Now, that should lower your intake of sugar, making it easier to lose weight with faster results. It says to do about 30 seconds, that is what you should start doing out for the first week, or until you see results a bit. Then, after 2 weeks try to do as many as you can, also known as burning out . You MUST do as many as you can. Just try to think that it ll be all ok when you are done with the workout. Also, you may also want to atleast try to eat healthier, for the time being. But once you get down to flat abs, start eating chips, just chips-alot.
