So here is some information that will probably help.*Just because it s cold oustide doesn t mean you can t do exercise insideThere are a ton of great exercises to do inside. Yoga, jumproping, aerobics, weight lifting, running in place, etc. are just some examples. It is recommended to do about 30 minutes of exercises AT LEAST 3 times a week. You need to do vigorous exercises too. (Fast aerobics, etc.)*Eat rightFruits and vegetables are two of the most important things to eat when trying to lose weight. You should also eat a lot of fiber. Try not to eat as much junk or processed foods. Read the nutrition labels and calculate how many calories you will be eating.*Don t eat past 7:00 p.m.When you eat past 7:00 p.m., that is usually the slower time of night when your body doesn t work as hard. So all of the calories that you eat will turn to fat. If you get hungry, drink a lot of water or eat a small snack that s very filling. *Drink tons of waterWater is THE most important thing in your diet. About eight cups of it is recommended in a day. A lot of the weight you lose may be water weight. Use water to keey hydrated during the day.*Figure out how many calories you want to eat in a dayThere are websites with calorie calculators and calorie recommendations for kids and teens. Lots of fiber. fruit not fruit juice,juice has lots of sugar carbs. high fiber fruit. veggies, salads.easy on dressings.Use splendor in place of sugar.If you have the $ join a gym,or a ymca ywca try yoga or swimming,1# per week sounds obtainable. I think you should give time for yourself to do some exercise. My experience i played badminton 16hours a month and i could lose 16lbs of my weight. just 4 hours a week. I think you can do it. Try to play badminton and i m pretty sure you will love the game because while you will play the game at the same time you could lose more extra weight.Good luck and God Bless
dID YOU PUT ON THE EXTRA WT IN JUST 1 MONTH? pROABABLY NOT...So, just watch what you eat, and don t eat more than you burn off - and if you don t want to exercise, it ll take longer than a month, It is safe to lose up to lbs per week - more than that will come back on quicker when you resume normal earing. And, 5-6 nd a140 doesn t sound fat. you might be only a few lbs over. I don t know your age, but it can be muscle, which weighs more than FAT.

I know thats its cold outside so the best way is to make yourself a little at-home gym and you don t need a lot of time to exercise. Just find 45 minutes a day and you should be fine. Dieting is also pretty tough especially in the beginning and around this time of year when holiday treats are all around you. But if you really want to lose weight set a diet plan and stick to it no matter what and don t just diet for a while to get to your desired weight, incorporate dieting in your life so you lead a healthy lifestyle.

start drinking water. lots and lots of water, absolutely no soda. they are worthless calories LOTS of sugar. you ll be suprised how much weight you can lose just by drinking water. also, no fast food or fried foods. lots and lots of vegetables, not just potatoes. lean proteins such as white meat chicken, fish or pork. plus write down everything you eat in a food journal-every single thing- to keep track of the calories. people forget and worry about fat grams, but calories are very important. also pay attention to serving size and the nutrition facts on the side of food containers. check to see how much calories from fat, fat grams, trans fats protein you ll be getting. there are books from the library that can help you plan all of this out. good luck no one can make you feel bad about yourself without YOUR permission so don t let them get to you. p.s. losing weight is a process, do not expect to lose it all in 3 weeks. measure yourself to see if you are losing inches, not just pounds.
Don t say you don t have time to excersise b/c thats bullshit. All you need to do is change your eating habits and do 20 minutes of aerobics (walking/jogging) every other day and you will loose weight pretty quick. If you don t have a bike or tredmill go to your local gym or rec center and use the ones there. Don t be a lazy idiot and fall for one of the diet pills or any other loose weight quick schemes b/c they either don t work or are bad for you.
