You can really target weight loss in one specific part of your body. You can tone...but not lose weight. If you do cardio, you ll lose body fat, but its not guaranteed you ll lose it where you want to. If you re 5ft, 104, and 12 yrs old...you re perfect just the way you are...but if you re set on trying...just try to tone up with a little strength training. Hope this helps :)
