How to lose weight and gain muscle fast? -

I am 5 foot 1 and weigh 136 pounds and 15 years old. I am not sure what happened. When I was little i was so skinny that I could put my hand almost under one of my ribs. Now I have man boobs and a beer belly. Im not sure if I have not gone through puberty or what. But any ideas of exercises and foods I should do and eat. Please help

Usually losing weight is simple numbers. You need to know your basic metabolic rate (BMR). Once you know your BMR then you can design a diet lower in calories than your BMR.But.... it is not always that simple. at 15, you ll probably grow a few more inches. Then you should lose a lot of pounds. But if you re in hurry, you should join an extracurricular activity if you haven t already.
