only a lot of water no additives, fish or chicken only , veggies and fruits,and more smaller meals thought out the day Not a lot of crabs (starch) your body will transform starch into sugarno coffee,juice,pop,candy etc. Its on how and what u eat cardio at lease 2 hrs runningU have to sacifice everything if u wanna lose the weight
Crystal Light is bad for you look at the ingredients then research them. You will find that you will never want to drink it again along with anything that says diet on the package. What you should drink instead of vinegar is lemon and ginger water it tastes much better and you might even be able to drink all 8 glasses. If you have mint leave crush them for more flavor. I make a pitcher every day and have no trouble drinking the whole thing.
