Go easy on yourself! After my first child I lost all the weight within a couple of weeks, after my second it took longer - and more effort! Your body has been through a lot and you are taking care of a new baby, plus another one. I was told not to do anything drastic as far as exercise or diet for at least 6 weeks after the birth. Are you breastfeeding? If you are that will really help. If not you need to watch your calorie intake - if you re tired (of course you re tired!) your body craves calories for extra energy. Take the baby for a walk every day if you can, if your other child is young you might need a double stroller. If you can t do that then walking around the backyard, dancing with the kids to the Wiggles, doing exercise DVDs etc should help.If you hadn t just had a child you could go a little more hardcore but you need to be gentle with your body and give it time to recover.
I ve been eating weight watcher frozen meals and just and just eating Semi-healthy for 2 months and I ve lost 21 pounds so far.
Wow your pushing yourself way to much, You ve just had a child seven days ago your body needs time to get back in order. Your going to mess up your body if you keep pushing yourself so much. relax, Give yourself a break. Your body will lose the weight on it s own and losing 10 pounds in a week is NOT good for your body even a doctor will tell you that! How old are you and how tall are you?
