Fruit absolutely fills you to the brim, and it really doesn t have too many calories. You COULD try only eating fruits and veggies and nuts, because really, that s all you need. I m no vegetatrian, but I did that once, (didn t have any meat or dairy for about a month), and lost a ton. Of course, I started eating meat again (couldn t resist!) and gained some back. But keep your metabolism running well, starving only slows that down. So by staying full on fruit and veggies and nuts, you lll eat less because you re full, you ll be healthy, and it ll keep your digestion running smoothly.Good luck!

Limit choices you know are not good for you, soda, chips, cookies, etc. You can still go to the movies andf get popcorn, get a small or skip the butter, same with the soda and or candy - but do you need all 3 all the time, probably not.Choose healthier places to eat fast food...Subway is a great one, just watch the dressings and oils/mayo.If you want to look some things up try calorieking.com or MyPyramid.govYou are still growing so if you maintain your weight as you add inches you will slim down.
