How to lose weight without the gym? -

whats up im a big guy trying to lose weight. im a college student but i cant afford to go the gym. i tried going to gym in school but i didnt feel so comfortable iwa sthe biggest guy there. is there a way to lose weight with out going to the gym.

Yes,there is a way. You can start walking. You can walk several times a day. For example start walking once a round the block but at three different times of the day. Then in a couple of days walk twice around the block three times a day. And build it up until you are walking about a half hour to 45 minutes each time but 3x s each day. This will set your metabolism to start burning those excess calories and will keep your metabolism reveed up in high gear. This will cause your body to start to lose weight.You will not feel self conscious because you are not surrounded by other people who are looking at you because you are large and they are not.I also was a very heavy (obese person who was 220 lbs overweight. I started by walking and I also had a stationary bike in my house which I used three times a day. In much the same way as I explained to you how to start to exercise.Also proper diet and nutrition is very important also. You should exercise (walk and stationary bike and or calesthenics) before you eat your meal. This will cause your metabolism to be working in high gear even after you eat and the body will tend to burn more calories long after you have stopped eating.It is also very important to dirnk a lot of water at least one gallon a day. You must stay away from sodas (regular and even diet) This will help keep your total calorie intake down. The water will also cause your kidneys, liver, and other body organs to work properly and your metabolism will stay balnaced and working properly and you will lose weight.Also eat lean meats such as turkey chicken etc. Also eat let fish if you like the taste. Have your meats broiled and or grilled but not fried. Eat plenty of green vegetables such as spinach broccoli mustard greens string beans. cucumbers For breakfast make an omellete with stick free pan and have diced onions and diced tomatoes and some brocoli for breakfast with a cup of plain oatmeal or a cup of plain cereal such as shredded wheat etc with 8 ounces of skim milk and half a grape fruit. the breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it willset your metabolism to working properly. Also have lean meats and vegetable s for lunch. Also you can drink a glass of water with fresh squeezed lemons in it. this is a great thirst quencher and will also help clean out your body. You can have the lemonade (no sugar, no artificial sweetners either) at each meal. Also remember to drink water regularly through out the day as this will constantly keep your bosy metabolism working properly and it will help reduce your appetite. So that you can eat healthy and average portions of food.All these things done together will help you lose weight painlessly and without embarassment and eventually you will come down to a more normal size where you may feel comfortable in going to a gym and using some of the exercise equipment.Good luck in your endeavor.
