what s your height? and are you muscular? in any case. just go swim. enjoy summer swimming(or sports) as much as you can (bring sunblock). no soda pop or junk food. and eat healthy. That s all I can say and that s the only way to loose weight and keep it off. anything else will pretty much backfire once you stop.

ok,herez the deal,you cannot eat junk,cut out the desserrs,the coke(that is what i m doing),i exercise 6 days a week,for 3 days i do 20 minutes threadmill,and cruches(15 counts-2 sets)and on the other days i do the threadmill,and a few other exercises,i m gonna start the swiss ball soon,i have lost 3.3 lbs in a weeks time,which is good,i eat healthy,i eat lots of salad,i only have brown bread
