Midsection weight is the unhealthiest to have; it generally comes from a combination of genetics and a poor diet. Cut out any saturated fat in your diet--at least try to cut down on animal fats. Replace them with healthy fats and oils like olive, safflower, and coconut (which isn t the heart-stopper they used to tell us it was). Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits and good quality, lean proteins like the ones in fish or brown rice black beans (the combo of rice and beans makes a complete protein). And exersize!
Running will tone you up and keep you in good shape.
