chicken breasts are great for you but DONT eat white rice, eat BROWN rice or if possible avoid rice all together. Substitute some veggies instead. You want to avoid white (bread, pasta, potatoes, etc) look for colors (fruits and veggies, brown rice, wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, etc) You really just have to think of what you eat and how much you are working out. If you are consuming more calories than you are burning you need to try to do something different, eat less calories, or work out more... GOOD LUCK!
Shut your mouth and move your feet. The body looses weight by using more calories than it consumes. And eat often. Low calorie snacks like carrots, celery, 100% grain bread, low fat cheese. Stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup and transfats. Cut full calorie sodas and switch to Coke zero. Or Iced Tea with Splenda. Also muscle may weigh more than fat but it does burn calories 3 times as fast as well. Don t worry about the bathroom scale so much. It doesn t matter if you weight 250lbs, if you look like you weigh 125lbs.The only way to loose that much weight FAST! is to cut off a limb, but I bet you need those.

im sorry i wish i could help, i need to lose like 45 pounds and im trying to do it as quickly as possible, therefore its not the healthy way, so i feel obligated to tell you not to crash diet, or starve yourself. you will just gain it all back and then some. all i can say to you is cut out pop if your from the north or soda from the south. stop eating junk food. eat healthier portions, eat fruits and veggies and remember that a serving of meat should be the size of your palm. eat smaller meals and spread them out over 6 meals a day. dont eat after 7 pm. drink water!!!! i think your supposed to eat either 1000 cal. or 1200 cal. a day, im not sure whats considered healthy. good luck and be smart about any choice you make

To lose that weight I would suggest a raw food diet. BUT if you stay 100% on raw and do this, you will experience withdrawal symptoms from cooked food.Raw food will not only help you lose that weight, you will lose fluid retention and your whole body will look much firmer and just glowing. You will also gain a lot of energy.
If your dedicated enough i would say doing forms of cardio would help after weight training... try jump roping, you can burn up to 20 cal. a min. depending on how hard you train
Just do what Nicole richie did, drink a lot of coffee. Purely liquids. Protein shakes, black coffee, green tea, crystal light.
Starve yourself and exercise. I WOULD NOT recommend it though.
