Do a few pushups randomly through the day. I don t know how old you are, but 140 doesn t sound that bad. If you are in High School, then I wouldn t worry about it.I am obese. 220 lbs. People used to make fun of me. They can t anymore though, I made a joke out of my fat. Every so often people will tell me to do Cookie Monster which is a character I created with my belly. Try to make fun of your own weight, and people feel like them bothering you about does nothing so they will stop.
