exercise, but first you should warm up, stretchings before exercise.. avoid sweet foods, such as chocolates etc.. eat vegetables, sunc as carrots, brocolli , cauli flower etc...most of all discipline yourself ok...or may try out door sports with your friends like mountain biking.. its good form of loosing weight, trust me.. like me i loose weight by 20lbs
If you HAVE to lose quickly, carbs store in your body differently that protein does. Carbs need water where protein does not, so if you cut them out, you will lose the water weight. This is the logic behind the Atkins diet. HOWEVER, I wouldn t recommend killing yourself to lose fast. In my opinion, diets do not work because the probability of not sticking to it and gaining it all back is high. Instead, if it is that important to you, make it a LIFE STYLE change. It seems that you are doing well already. What is the big rush? Don t pay for anything unless it is a trainer (which is expensive but worth it), just work hard. Remember, it takes time for you to see results so stay determined!
Just keep on doing what you are doing. Stay away from sugars but fast is not always best most people that loose weight to fast end up rebounding and adding back the weight plus a little more.
