Sex is a good way to burn calories , but i guess sit ups would be better.

You can t target a specific area for weight loss. You will lose fat from all over your body. But the best way to lose weight is intense cardio. Anything less than 30 minutes at a time won t do you any good. You should be doing something like 45 minutes, several times per week. That s the only healthy way to lose weight.And keep in mind that this needs to be coupled with a thoroughly healthy eating plan. Vegetables, lean meats, etc. Eat at a slight caloric deficit, don t starve yourself.

You shouldn t be trying to lose weight at 13, you re still growing. Enjoy being young and don t worry about these things!
