If you want to get slim, you re going to have to do it the old fashioned way, a low fat, high fruit and veggie diet, and a good amount of exercise on a regular basis.You can t lose weight in a brief period of time, and be healthy. Do the above, and look for increased health over the long term. Try something like weight watchers, as it will help you learn what good eating and exercise looks like.

stop eating after 7:00pm. however, if u feel hungry; eat fruits, drink juice and lots of water. u can drink milk too. if u exercise, u would loose weight faster....try it......it really works....all the very best.

howw much weight are we talking? if it is more than 30 lbs then trim spa or letropil is the answer if only a few lbs ( under 20) then buy some jenny craig,weight watchers or south beach diet foods

i went to a fasting place in palm springs for a week...lost 8 lbs. but it was too hard and expensive.i think to do on your own, cut out all carbs. that means no bread, pasta, sugar, sweetners, fruits. vegetables are OK but no potatoes, carrots, tomatoes and other high carb vegetables.also do cardio. cardio is what makes you lose weight in short term. do at least an hour a day.before you do your cardio, drink a cup of coffee or some form of caffeine. there had been many studies done by UK sicentists that says caffeine facilitates fat burning process if taken before a cardio workout.
