How to lose weight? -

Right...So i weigh 9.2 stones...That was the latest one.And i still feel fat! everyone says i look perfectly fine and no need to go on a diet but i still feel fat! I tried to lessen the food that i eat whether it is a healthy food or just plain junk.I am taking a contraceptive pill and i guess, this is the reason why i start feeling fat although people say i am getting skinny as i am not eating properly.When i checked my weight today (this morning), i am 9.9 stones and it really made me mad.Is there anything you can advise on how to lose weight?

maybe a trip to the doctor a blood test could rule out problems like an underactive thyroid which would cause weight gain. hell also be able to advise you on your diet. as tyou get older your metabolism slows down so you could be eating the same but your body processes it slower. and if youre not doing any exercise then theres your problem. listen to youe trusted friends they will give you an honest opinion on how you look cause probably only 1% of the population actually see themselves as everybody else sees them. just most people arnt bothered or dont have the time to be bothered to spend worried about how they look.

It depends on your age, and considering you take the pill it could be fluid retention..My weight sometimes fluctuates because i carry a lot of excess water..Cut down on salt intake and perhaps try taking Aquaban fluid retention stabalisers in tablet form. Going onto a strict diet never works for me, this past week i have just been cutting out junk ffod such as crisps and chocolate and stopped eating before 7pm because your body doesnt burn as much fat late in the evening.Drink green tea and plenty of water, cut down your portion sizes and wight down some motivational tips in your diary and take alook at it everytime you feel like munchin on a choccy bar.This week i have lost 5lbs and that makes me more determined to loose more.You can do it - good luck.
