What is the fastest way to lose weight? -

I am 5 2 and I weigh 195, I need to know how to lose weight fast and sufficiently without surgery? Any suggestions? I want to have lost at least 30 pounds by March.

It is possible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight quickly then you will inevitably put it all back on again just as quickly. I lost 7 pounds in recent times when I had a special celebration to go to, and I did it by following the instruction supplied on the site in the box below.

I d say don t aim for fast, aim for consistent. Change your lifestyle, and aim for something that you can stick with. My trainer recommended a diet pill, which I never really considered before... but I started taking it (the one he rec ed is 8 hour energy - NOT 5 hour energy), and i lost like 16 pounds in 2 months.
