How a kid can lose weight without pills etc? -

i am a 13 year old boy and weigh too much. I want to lose weight but how can i safely without pills, foods, surgery, etc. What i mean by foods is those weight lost foods i will eat fruits, vegetables etc. Just tell me please how to lose weight quickly and safely

ok im the same as you, im 13 and weigh to much, but i have been losing weight, what i did was i started boxing, i do this monday,wednesday and friday, and everyouther day i go swiming or biking etc... then just eat healthy food, like only have a small ammout of junk food a week, and just dont give up!

My advice is to drink lots of water to start. Sometimes it s easy to think you re hungry when you re really just thirsty/dehydrated. Carry a bottle of water around with you. Drink a glass of water when you wake up, and before every meal. It s healthy for you and you ll feel better. Next I would suggest walking. Walking makes weight drop off you! Walk home from school, or walk somewhere with a friend, you ll forget it s exercise and it ll be fun and you ll get some fresh air.You can also join a sport at school. It s fun, you ll make new friends, and you ll get tons of exercise. Talk to your parents about your interest in your health. Your whole family can get involved in small ways, like picking out healthier meals to cook together, etc.Good luck, be healthy, and don t worry, you can do it!!

well dont really worry about trying to do it quickly because if you do some crazy diet youll gain the weight back twice as fast , im 15 so i can understand if you want to lose it fast because of the kids at school but dont worry about them! ... change your diet to fruits , vegetables, and lean meats and fish. every night run around the neighborhood for ten minutes every night for a week then the next week run for 20 and so on..

Come to grips with the fact that you have an overactive fork. You can eat anything but not a lot and not every day. And move your body, even if it s just walking 20 minutes a day.
