It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
Try running a lot, it works out almost every muscle in your body, especially your core, which will give you some nice abs :)Also, when summer approaches your gunna want to swim a lot, swimming is possibly the best exercise you can get, it works everything and will give you a nice toned body.Make sure you exercise at least three times a week so you don t become out of shape.Also eat the right foods, don t starve yourself, but cut down on the junk food and try something like baby carrots with ranch dip.Summers not for a while, so if you keep this up you should look great for summer :)
