How to lose weight fast? -

I am 13 years old I m a guy and i am 5 4 and weigh a bout 160. i visited my uncle over the summer and he is really bulk and said that i should lose fat not necessarily weight (although it would be bad if i lost weight) but he said that next time i see him he wants me to be in better shape. how can i do this in 17 days?Also, is it possible to get a six- pack by then ? if nnot what are ways to get a 6-pak by winter?

Hate to break it to you, but you will not have a six pack in 17 days. Sorry. Also, there is no long term, fast way to lose weight. You are thirteen and 5 4. Chances are, you have baby weight. You will most likely grow a few inches in the next year or so and slim down. Then you will be wishing you weighed more. Teenage years suck. lol. Anyway, watch your diet. Eat healthy and maybe join a sport, if you haven t already. You don t really need to be worrying about your weight right now if you are healthy. Your uncle should not be pressuring you to be like him. He is an adult and adults are built differently. Focus on school and fun.
