Hate to break it to you, but you will not have a six pack in 17 days. Sorry. Also, there is no long term, fast way to lose weight. You are thirteen and 5 4. Chances are, you have baby weight. You will most likely grow a few inches in the next year or so and slim down. Then you will be wishing you weighed more. Teenage years suck. lol. Anyway, watch your diet. Eat healthy and maybe join a sport, if you haven t already. You don t really need to be worrying about your weight right now if you are healthy. Your uncle should not be pressuring you to be like him. He is an adult and adults are built differently. Focus on school and fun.
