It depends on the time limit,but all I can say is that eat some fruits and grains in the morning,when it comes down to lunch eat a small salad,and finally for dinner eat some vegetables.Remember to watch servings only 1 each meal,and drink lots of water not soda nor juice.For exercise,do cardio for about an hour to an hour and thirty minutes,then do like some reps of sit-ups or dance.Just move your body through out each day and you ll burn calories.xoxo,?blondie?
I would recommend telling him that you dont think it will be worth it for you until you feel comfortable with your body, so you want to wait about a month in order to tone up your body. During this month you have him waiting, you should be doing intense or atleast hard muscle working workouts, because I m sure he won t be too happy about the wait. But if he acts rude and selfish, ask him if sex is worth it when the woman isn t enjoying it. That might make him think.I hope this helped.
