Okay first off make a goal of how much weight you want to lose in a specific amount of time. A healthy amount for you would probably be from 1-4 pounds a week. 3500 Calories is about one pound so... Try to stay below that number as much as you can. Don t starve yourself. Know what you eat and look online to see the calories. Chewing gum helps to not anxiety eat and keeps your mind off food.First, drop out any unneeded calories...Dropping out all fast food is HUGELimiting sodas. I don t know how much soda you drink, but just switching to water can do a lot.Try to limit carbohydrates: pasta, bread, chips, etc. as these contain high calories and they don t fill you up as much as protein foods: chicken, steak, fish, etc. protein fills you up more than carbohydrates and aren t as many calories.
