How to lose weight? -

i am a 15 year old girl and i m not fat i just want to lose about 7 or 8 pounds. i weigh about 115 right now and i want to get rid of a little bulk and get a 6 pack :] i started to run the treadmill for a half hour every night, but in that half hour i only burn 200 calories. how much should i burn a night to lose weight faster?

-Drink TONS and TONS of water.-Get 8 hours of sleep a night.-Don t eat cookies or chips or sugery foods.-Cut up fruits, add a lot of ice, and orange juice, and make a smoothie.-Cut up spinach, corn, broccoli, carrots, celery, parsley, add vegetable broth, and boil them in water, with salt and pepper, and it makes a good soup.-I ll say again, drink TONS AND TONS AND TONS OF WATER. It really does help.
