You need to watch what you eat and exercise everyday. Cut out all take away and bad foods, chips, chocolate, lollies etcExercise once a day for at least half an hour to an hour. You can start off with just walking and then get up to running. Start on a short walk but as you feel yourself walking that easy make it bigger and harder, add in a hill etc.Best of luck with it all.
