How to lose weight!!!? -

I m 15 yrs old and really wanna lose at least 20 pounds. What r some things I can do at home to lose pounds? What foods should and shouldn t eat? I wanna lose weight by my stomach, and thighs mostly. Please help. Lastly, what r some workouts no more than a half hour long to shape up? Please help, thanks :)

Don t go on any crash diets. They are so hard on your body. You may lose weight at first but it sends a message to your body that says... I m starving.. so when you do start eating more your body will hold on sooooo tight to that food that you will gain it all back again. Better to just make some lifestyle changes in the way you eat... maybe cutting down on how much junk food you eat (if you do), rather than stopping completely. If you live near a Whole Foods, they have some great workshops for free that really help focus on healthy eating. As for excessive... play a sport... soccer is great!!
