what i like to do is run/walk 1-2 miles a day. like run/sprint for 2 minutes, walk 1 minute, run/sprint 2 minutes...this way is supposed to burn more calories, and i like it b/c i can run longer without getting tired :)
Many Americans share your same problem. You are still young so you have a better chance of losing the weight quicker then you would if you were an adult. I recommend the following:1.) Drink the recommendedd glassed of water a day. Drinking plenty of water helps dramatically when it comes to losing weight.2.) Eat smaller meals during the day. Try snacking on small ( healthy ) things throught the day instead of three huge meals.3.) Stay active. Work out at least an hour a day.At your age if you do the following you should not have any problems.
um go for about an hour walk every night eat nothing but fruits and veggies..and do exercises 3 times a day
