go to the library and pick up some of their excersize tapes. who said you have to go anywhere to workout? and yes you can lose the weight it s all up to you. good luck
yeah its totally possible. you might even lose more. but be careful.you have to excercise. go running for 15 minutes the first day...20 minutes the next..slowly increase it to 1 hour. with that, control your eating habits. dont stop eating. do this and i guarantee results.good luck :)
