Can someone plz give me a few pointers on how to lose weight? -

okay, here s my problem. i dont eat breakfast, i usually have a cup a coffee with a tsp of cream and and 2 1/2 tsp of sugar. i usually dont eat anything until bout 2pm if im off from work. when i do eat, its probably a bologna sandwich with cheese and mustard. then i usually eat supper bout 9pm. i go to school on mondays and wednesdays, then i work tuesdays 7a-7p, and i work the same on some weekends. i weigh 176 right now, and i would like get down to 135 or so. here are the exercise equipment i have.....gazelle, pro ab form, ab lounge, and a weight bench with lat bar and leg lift. i also have a taebo cardio workout vid. can i see results with the equipment i have? do i need to combine all of them into one workout? i know i need to eat healthy. could someone provide me with a diet plan for someone who doesnt eat breakfast that i can stick to. thank you in advance!

Diet:~~~~Stick to your healthy eating plan like a trooper. Do NOT diet, they do not work. Some basic stuff is to drink alot of water, and eat alot of small meals. Also, make sure that at the end of the day, you have eaten less than 1,500 calories.Use your ab lounge while you watch tv, do 3 sets of 25 reps. Also, use your cardio workout vid 4 times a week.
