How do i lose weight quickly w/o using any products? -

I am 14 years old and i eat really healthy and normal meals and i play football and soccer and i do pe in skool but for some reason i keep getting fatter and fatter. Every one else in my family eats like 8 meals more than theyre suppose to and they dont do any excersizing. and they are still really thin and are really fit. Can you tell me how to lose weight fast becuz i dont wanna b fat

Drink Water all the time no matter what and eat like celery and walk like half ahour a day with friends
