How to lose weight and gain muscle for a 13 year old baseball shortstop? -

Im 13 years old, i am 5 3 and i weigh 122 pounds..I am looking to get a little slimmer, especially in the stomach and chest. I play baseball everyday. I would like a good meal and workout plan....please be detailed...much appreciated
