How to lose weight efficiently? -

im 250 lbs 6 1 i want to get to like 190-200, whats the fastest way i can lose weight healthily, and i cant afford neutritionalist or gym membership or any of that ****, so what should i do?and im 17

cardio, cardio, cardiogo for walks, go for a jog for 10minutes and get better at jogging and slowly build our way to jog for an hour EVERYday, healthy food choices, whole wheat over white breadno mcdonalds or fast food, instead, enjoy fruits and vegetables
