Cut out as much sugar and obvious fat from the diet. Get some exercise at least 5 times a week for 30 mins, a workout that will get sweat flowing like running, or powerwalking. Simple stuff, like spending money on fruit and veggies that would have been spent on candy and going for a walk or run every day can help you lose weight. Eat healthy!
