How to lose weight fast? -

I m sixteen and my boyfriend has been gone at camp for two weeks and I haven t seen him, or even talked to him... But anyways, I would like to give him something to come back to. Sooooo I need to lose as much weight as possible in 3-4 days. Does anyone have any exersizes to tone your tummy fast and get rid of fat from various parts of the body? If so please enlighten me. Anything is helpful. Thankyou.

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

So eating fewer times per day is not the solution. In fact, what you need to do is schedule small meals several times a day; a good number is around 5. This will keep you happy all the time and your body is constantly receiving nutrients. If you follow these tips may be able to see good results soon.

Hi (:Aww that sounds really sweet of you but you have to be sure and you have to know that your going to like this new weight and that your going to be able to cope so i d get your bmi checked out from a doctor because the odds are your probably don t even need to lose weight! (:well i d say for your tummy and other parts of your body do some push ups there really good and some sit ups,if you have a few weights do them on each arm and also a good jog or even sticking on your favorite cd and dancing to it which can burn calories and can be fun.it will take time but maybe if you distract him. Just eat healthy and have a good breakfast to start a good day because it s the little steps that make the big difference!-Set yourself Realistic goals.-Eat breakfast-Exercise can be fun such as jumping on a trampoline or even going swimming.-Dancing to a favorite song for 30 minutes well loads of your favs.-Have a treat now and again such as weekends!-Who is it for?-Do i really need to lose weight?-Am i already happy?-Does anyone even say anything about my weight?good luck xx xx

Well, I am working on the same thing at the moment. I have a pretty good stomach, I am just working on my butt, LOL. anyway, you can do this in a reasonable amount of time. Try just regular crunches. There are many different types of crunches you can do, rather than just the regular old up and down crunches.This video is one of my favorites that will be the most effective I think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lwqO5Fkq7��Now for the other ones, I was not able to find a video to show you, so I will do my best to explain.First, get in the regular crunch position. Now, what you are going to do is make a circle with your shoulders, basically. So first you are going to make sure that your neck is about 3 inches off of the ground. You are just going to sort of move your upper body in a circle. Now this is the rhythm you will use: Left, center, right, center, left, center, right, center...... Continued. Just think about keeping your head off the ground and moving your chest in a semi circle on the floor.I hope this helped you and good luck!

Sorry to give you bad news, but you can t really lose very much weight in 3-4 days. Try to lose any extra pounds you have over time. 1-2 pounds per week is about right. If you lose weight too fast, you will not only lose fat, but muscle as well, and that would not be healthy. Good luck.

3 - 4 days your cutting it a bit fine. u should have started 2 weeks ago. all i can suggest is to do a juice diet for the next 3 days and work out everyday for over an hour. do tummy toning exercise for 40 mins a day too. good luck

Hi Emma,To lose weight as fast as possible, and even in a healthy way, which is what I think you re asking, you should cut out SODA and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY and drink only water and sparingly drink a glass or 2 of 100% PURE fruit juice. That will honestly lose you pounds in just the 3-4 days before your boyfriend comes back. That along with the other tips I m going to share below and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them.
