So, basically you want to lose weight but you aren t willing to put any effort into it.Well, good luck.If you say you already don t eat much and are still fat anyways, maybe you should have your thyroid checked. Also realize that there are some people out there getting up to 1/2 of their calories from sweetened beverages like soda pop (according to a recent news report). I don t know if this is the case for you, but if so that s something you can fix easily....BTW, if you re on a calorie-restricted diet and not getting enough protein, this signals the body to conserve fat by slowing down your metabolism and you also lose muscle instead. So, make sure you re getting protein in your low calorie diet. If you have to, get a sugar free whey protein drink mix at Wal-Mart or wherever and take it two or three times daily. Protein deficiency is the main signal to the body that food might be scarce and to conserve fat. Make sure this isn t the case with you.
Well start eating more. Eat 6 small meals a day..... Usually try to get food into your body every couple of hours, it helps keep up you metabolism so you can burn calories. Its pretty impossible to lose weight unless you diet or excerise or get surgery. Starving yourself doesnt work really either because your body will start to build up fat reserves it has to make up for the food your not giving to your body.
if you want to lose weight naturally, you have to exercise. sorry.if you really really dont want to exercise, you could look into surgery, but you would still have to maintain the weight loss by exercising.
You really need to exercise, it s probably what your body is asking for and it could stay idle until you become more active (not saying you re not active, but it might need something extra like a few walks a week). The only other thing I could suggest in addition would be diet pills/weight loss supplements to increase your metabolism.
Sorry, the best thing to do is exercise..... Just get up and do it! :)
you need to increase your metabolism. sorry to say- exercise is the only way
I loved the Crack answer!!!!!!!!1The only way is to as Santa for new GENES! Now go excercise and have a stalk of celery.
You need to stop being lazt and get off your butt to excercise. Also, not eating isnt a healthy diet. you need to eat healthy things because not eating at all just makes your body consrve fat more.
excercise
If you re already not eating much then you re body could be in starvation mode and keeping every morsel you injest to store as fat. Also if you eat too little then your metabolism slows down and you re body won t have enough energy to burn calores. Most women say 5 5 and 135 lbs need at lest 12oo calories a day just to get by, if you re active then you need 250-500 more, anything below 800 will no doubt put your body into starvation mode.
crack
use the treadmill more often..if you burn more calories than you intake ...you will definitely lose weight...gauranteed.
actually, eating only a little can be as bad as eating too much. our bodies are designed to survive too little food, rather than too much. too much food is a recent problem. when we eat too little, our metabolism freaks out, thinking that there s a famine or something, and so it saves as much fat and calories as possible. the trick isn t to eat only a little, it s to fill your stomach with things that are good for you. eat small, frequent meals, with lots of veggies, and drink pleanty of water, at least 8 glasses a day. you don t really need to excercize, just make small changes. park far away from the store and walk. take the stairs instead of an elevator.
not possible without the right diet and exercise
you need to increase your activity and drink green tea as well as alot of water!! you ll be fine....
The Atkins Diet has worked well for me. I have not started to really work out yet, but have lost over 50 lbs on it. Limit yourself to 20 grams of carbs a day, no bread, no pasta, no milk, no sugar. It really does work.
Eat small, well balanced meals about 5 times a day, and get on a routine. By not eating regularly you are convincing your body that food is scarce, and it will go into starvation mode ....when it reaches it s extreme you will notice little hairs growing everywhere, like fuzz, and your body will attempt to conserve all the fat it can b/c it thinks it s starving. Smaller meals, more frequently, and raise your activity level. Effort = Results. Period.
get lipo
i have one Friend, he is a doctor, we challenge him to loos wight, so keep eating natural, but some kinds of food, he will not eat such as bread, rice, potato. it was amazing he loose wight.
If you want to lose weight, you have to exercise.Doing cardio for a half hour each day is enough.
Welllll - to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you take in.....you do the math!
i don t know.how do u
If you aren t willing to change your diet or exercise I m afraid there s nothing you can do except perhaps liposuction.
You can t do much else, exept for diet and exercise.
EAT MORE. I m serious. It will rev up your metabolism. Eat protein at every meal. 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. Zone diet is very healthy and effective; you are not deprived at all.Its not good for weight loss (long term) if you don t eat much at all. You are just slowing down your metabolism.
not eating very much slows your metabalism and makes you gain weight! my advise: eat 3 good meals a day but keep eating healthy. that will speen up your metabalism and probaly help your lose some weight. hold this helps.
Protein diets seem to work well. Like Dr. Atkins for example. I don t personally think it s a great way to go but it has proven success for people. I ve done it myself with great results but in the long run I think smaller portions of every day food and increased exercise are a more healthy way to lose extra weight. Drinking water is very important as well.
Maybe the doctor will give you diet pills?
