If we reduce fat content in our food and increase consumption of pure water in good quantity, it will help reducing the weight. We should also side by side reduce intake of salt and sugar. Totally depending on green vegetables, fruits, sprouted pulses or cereals, milk, yogurt, honey, lemon juice, etc. will reduce the weight fast. Regular walking is also a must. You need not really remain on fast to reduce weight.
There is no big secret. After all, do you really want to be eternally taking some expensive pill your whole life? You need to start eating healthier. More meats, fruits, and veggies. :] Go for the natural stuff. Butter over margarine (it s actually a LOT better for you!), for example. But that s just little stuff. If you want to make a drastic change, it will take a lot of exercise.I use old tapes from way back when... ever heard of Tae-bo ? It s a workout series that gets you moving. I did it just yesterday for the first time in awhile... it really gets you pumped. I look forward to doing it.If you re looking for books, try French Women Don t Get Fat by Mirielle Guilano. It s a great guide to healthy eating and how to eat. Plus, it s entertaining. :]Crash diets (the ones that make you starve yourself, exercise to a ridiculous point, etc.) never work. If you lose weight, it s just water you re losing.Which reminds me... drink lots of water! Stay hydrated and get a good night s sleep. Sounds cliche, but it really is beneficial for both health, weight, and skin. One thing that helps me is making a calendar with specific things to do each day (i.e. Monday: 20 crunches, run/walk for 20 minutes). I stick it somewhere where I ll see it every day. Highlight it after you do it. Increase the amount of exercise each day, and make sure you re doing SOMETHING each day to keep you motivated. The truth is... no one likes exercise at first. But once you make yourself do it, you find it s exhilarating. It s exciting to track your progress and to feel stronger.Best of luck! I hope this helps. :]
I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
Isn t that amount of weight in that amount of time impossible if you re not on Biggest Loser? haha Hmm...just go running. Drink LOTS of water, eat small snacks throughout your day (Little tomatoes, cut up meat, cucumbers, grapes..they are all very delicious snacks) My mom always cut up some fruits and vegetables and put them all in separate small plastic containers. Do that every single day, you could lose a pretty good amount of weight in a week. my mom lost like 2-5 Ibs every week
i know you said diets don t work, but is it the diet or how you use it...if you don t stay strict on your diet of course it won r work..your best bet is to eat lean protein a **** ton of vegtables drink a lot of water and work out 70 pounds won t happen in 4 months but at least 40 which is a huge change
ok if you have dish or cable or something go to fit tv and exercise with gilad!!! ive been doing it for about 2 weeks and i ve lost 6 pounds! i live in minnesota and hes on the weekdays from 5:30 pm to 6 and 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm and on the weekends i think 11 to 11:30 am??
The only healthy way to loose weight is to eat healthy and exercise.Lane swimming and jump rope are some of easiest full body work outs. But if your not pushing yourself to the point of aching, then your not going to reap any benefits.
Try getting a personal trainer, and eating the right foods ... but you should definitely read the book Skinny ***** . It is extremely informative, just google it.
