How to lose weight very quick!? -

how can i lose about 7 pounds in like 4 weeks? I am trying and nothing is working please help!!!

Fruits and VeggiesI have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works.........KEEP UP WITH IT.....it takes at least 4 weeks for anyone to see a change.
